Operations
Operations overview
Everything you need to run a Project in production is in the console: live health, logs, metrics, backups, import and export, security checks, and settings.
Where to find things
| Page | Use it to |
|---|---|
Project overview | See status, health, region, plan, and recent events |
Logs | Find a failing request or function by level, time, and text |
Metrics & health | See every Project in the workspace and which ones need attention |
Database Backup | Create, schedule, download, and restore backups |
Import / Export | Move data in and out of the Project |
Security | Review findings, API keys, and access rules |
Settings | Email, domains, plan changes, and deleting the Project |
Project status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Provisioning | RustaBase is creating the database, backend, address, and certificate |
Ready | The Project passed its health checks and is serving traffic |
Failed | A step failed. The event history shows why, and you can retry safely |
Select Refresh on the Project page to check live status. It never changes the Project.
A daily routine
- Open Metrics & health and check that nothing needs attention.
- Look at errors in Logs for the last 24 hours.
- Confirm the last automatic backup ran.
- Check Security for new findings.
When something breaks
- Check the Project status and its recent events.
- Open Logs, choose Error, and narrow the time range to when it started.
- Open the entry to see the full details, and copy it if you need help.
- Fix the cause, such as a function, an access rule, or a setting.
- Watch Metrics & health until the Project is healthy again.
