Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the console. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.
No refunds
Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used billing periods, unused features, or upgrades. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
After your paid period ends
Your projects move back to the Free plan limits. Export your data at any time if you no longer need it on RustaBase.
Exceptions
- You were charged twice or charged by mistake: we refund the error in full.
- A serious outage broke our SLA: you receive service credits as described in the SLA.
- Your local consumer law gives you a right to a refund: we always honour it.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email with your workspace name and invoice number within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
