RustaBase OSS

RustaBase Core

RustaBase Core is the Rust backend at the center of the open-source platform, connected to PostgreSQL and managed through the RustaBase console.

Core capabilities

  • PostgreSQL tables, records, relations, indexes, views, and SQL
  • Authentication, application users, OAuth, OTP, and MFA
  • File storage and record attachments
  • REST APIs and realtime subscriptions
  • Server-side functions, webhooks, and scheduled jobs
  • Logs, backups, API keys, access rules, and Project settings

Rust service layer

The Rust implementation is designed for predictable performance, memory safety, and a compact operational footprint. It coordinates the Project services while PostgreSQL remains the durable source of application data.

Use the existing console

You do not need a separate administration experience for Core. Open its Project Detail Dashboard to manage the backend through the same navigation and controls used by other RustaBase Projects.
