Uptime commitment
For paid plans, RustaBase aims for at least 99.9% monthly availability of project APIs and databases. Enterprise plans may agree a higher target in writing.
Service credits
- Below 99.9%: 10% of that month's plan fee.
- Below 99.0%: 25% of that month's plan fee.
- Below 95.0%: 50% of that month's plan fee.
How to claim
Email [email protected] within 30 days after the month ends with the project affected and the times you saw problems. Credits apply to future invoices and are not paid out as cash.
Not covered
- The Free plan.
- Announced planned maintenance.
- Problems caused by your code, configuration, or going over plan limits.
- Suspension under the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Events outside our reasonable control, such as major internet or provider failures.
Status updates
During incidents we post updates in the console and notify affected account owners.
